3.5 hard drive enclosure question?

i am shopping for a 3.5 hard drive enclosure case...i have gone thru about 5 of these...i do alot of computer work...and iwant to no which is THE BEST and MOST durable i can get....i would like to stay in the neighbor hood of 20-30$....thanks alot....God Bless---Nick
