Internet explorer cant open ccna exploration?

I’m not that smart but what’s is ccna maybe you can teach me something. I think your EI might need to be repaired and there is away to do it, go to add & remove, go to the internet explorer not the explorer and click on it and hit remove and a box will open asking you if you want remove or repair choose repair and ok and Wallah.
