Rebates and bailouts. Concerns?

It very well could. But, this is where our government needs to make huge change! We need to limit imports, and regulate the financial lenders much closer. Bush is trying to put a band aid on a huge gash in out economy, and the band aid will fall off very quickly, even if all of the money is spent as they want it to be spent, which it will not be. I am amazed that the cause of the problem is not being fixed! How much of our exports does China buy! Come on Bush, pull your head out!
