Sirius satellite radio question ?

I just bought a Sirius satellite radio, but i have a pretty big problem. My cigarette lighter socket is broken and it costs $120 to fix, and I really don't wanna pay it. Is there any other way I can get power to the sirius radio besides that socket or installing it in the dash ?
