Is nose piercings the only facial peircing that's allowed in Islam? What about cartilage?

I've noticed that the only facial peircing that Muslims have are a stud in the nose. Is that the only peircing Muslims are allowed to get? And what about cartilage peircings in the ear? Btw this is just out of curiousity haha.
