Advancement in the Navy?

i need to get signatures signed off in my DEP book. i have most of it done, but some things i cant find in the book. i need to know the qualifications for advancement, requirements for advancement, the selection process for advancement, how to prepare for advancement, and i need to be able to explain the enlisted performance evaluation system.
