Do you agree with outrageous traffic "fees" applied unevenly?

It is definitely outrageous. I'm in Ashburn, VA right now. I'm at my friend house in Sterling all the time, and the police set up this speeding trap right near his house. It is a 25mph zone and they bust people going like 30-35mph all the time. We sat outside for 2 hours yesterday to just watch how many people they snagged. In only two hours one cop pulled over 11 cars all on the same street. It is ridiculous though. They try and make it sound better by saying something like...If you get a $3000 ticket we will give you a whole 3 years to pay it off. LOL Whatever!
