How can I get a dental loan with bad credit?

Almost 2 years ago I was in a motorcycle accident and broke 3 of my teeth. I would like to have this problem corrected, but don't have family or anyone to help me. This has become quite embarring and I want so bad to have my teeth fixed. Who can I go through to get a loan? I tried to go through the dental office I had my consultation at, but they could not give me loan without a co-signer and I have no one who will co-sign for me.
