Unemployment, if layed off from a w2 job an I start my own LLC and try to get my own business going and people?
people pay me on a 1099 and do not with hold any taxes can I still collect unemployment it might be awhile till I see and 1099 income anyway. Any checks will be made out to the LLC I start.
