What is more important to make it to the Bowl. A great QB or a great Head Coach?

the Coach makes the difference, with few exceptions.. Manning, Favre, Brady, they have experience and know the game so well inside and out they are almost like second head coaches and could lead a team with a mediocre coach to at least a deep playoff run.. aside from those exceptions, the coach rallies the players, builds morale and knows the strengths of his players.. the coach approves of all the offensive and defensive plays and packages before they are sent to the Field. A good coaching staff can build on the strength of it's players and find ways to win even when the QB is mediocre, I mean Ideally you would want a great coach and QB on your team, but I would want a great coaching staff in place to make up for inadequate players.
