!!!!HELP!!!! wireless internet connection problem - Is it the router?

my best prognosis is that both of your 802.11's (wi-fi detector) are simply not picking up the signal and or if they do, you're only grabbing a small amount of information. my best recommendation is to 1: buy a new router, (there may be an issue with that) or 2 connect directly to the router using an Ethernet connection. (whomever is connected to that should be automatically connected to the internet because now it should be on a local area connection instead of a wireless one.
