Is it stupid to be healthy during the week but binge drink/eat on a saturday night?

I think, it is okay if you always eat for healthy foods for 6 days, and only 1 day to break the rule, but try to reduce the portion of unhealthy foods that you are consumed each week it slowly and began to replace it with healthier food, and over time bad habits are expected to consume junk food can be eliminated
