My GF is asking for space.. WHat should I do?

No matter what you say or do, she has told you what she wants.....you must move forward and not look back. It hurts, but the alternative will tear away at you. And it sounds as if she had emotional control of this relationship through her demands on you, so that she has elected to terminate things with no real warning is not surprising.
