Significant Figures for (1.3111 + .015) X 0.33333?

I don't understand. I know the answer is four sig figs, but i'm not sure why. I thought that you take the least number of sig figs in the orignal problem (0.015), which is 2 sig figs, no? wouldn't the answer be two sig figs?
